If you’re eating from a Tupperware every day because of the demands of your job and are tired of the monotony, then this course is for you. Having a healthy lifestyle and eating away from home are absolutely compatible, and with this course we help you prepare easy, nutritious and healthy dishes to take to the office. We even include creams, soups and hot dishes.

Four years ago, Gloria Carrión, creator of the course and the La Gloria Vegana blog, decided to change her diet and leave behind all types of animal products.

The positive changes she discovered in her body, as well as in her values and emotions, made her a huge advocate of this lifestyle.

In the “Veggie to Go!” course you will learn to cook delicious dishes like eggplant curry, lentil bolognese, marinated tofu and black olives hummus.

Using the batch cooking technique, Gloria will teach you how to prepare your Tupperwares while giving you tips and tricks to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible. To begin, she will provide you with a complete two-week schedule for two people which includes all the details, preparations and ingredients. However, once you get the swing of it you will be able to add your own variations and adapt them to your liking.

In Foodieland we go veggie and create healthy dishes which are sure to make your coworkers green with envy.
